The company was founded in 2001 and consists of highly trained, skilled and motivated personnel with 50+ years of MEMS experience and a team-based problem solving approach. Being located at the Fraunhofer Institute of Integrated Systems and Device Technology (IISB) in Erlangen/Germany we are closely collaborating on several projects in the field of MEMS products with the renowned research institution. This collaboration enables us to access a clean room class 10 to class 1000 and the full capacity of equipment for 100mm and 150mm wafer fabrication which is ideally complemented by our own facilities.
