The Company NanoWorld Services GmbH was founded in 2001 and is located in Erlangen/Germany. We are one of the leading developers, manufacturers and global suppliers of integrated solutions for micro- and nanotechnology.
Our main business is turning customer's MEMS ideas into products with the inherently tight integration of MEMS design, process development and production. We are specialized in the development and fabrication of microtechnological products, e.g. probes for Scanning Probe Microscopy, based on semiconductor fabrication methods.
Being located at the Fraunhofer Institute of Integrated Systems and Device Technology in Erlangen we are closely collaborating on several projects in the field of Scanning Probe Microscopy with the renowned research institution. This enables us to access the full capacity of many facilities for 100mm and 150mm wafer fabrication which has been completed by our own equipment.
We have highly trained and skilled personnel with 50+ years of MEMS experience and a team-based problem solving approach.
